Yes. These pouches feature a reinforced bottom gusset that expands when filled, allowing the “mug” to stand upright on any flat surface for display.

Absolutely. All layers are FDA-compliant, BPA-free, and food-grade, ensuring no chemical migration into your product.

Can I use this for hot liquids?

While the material is heat-resistant, we recommend these primarily for dry goods, powders, or room-temperature liquids. For “boil-in-bag” or hot-fill applications, please contact our technical team for specialized material upgrades.

Can I add a clear window to the pouch?

Are these pouches recyclable?

Standard multi-layer barrier pouches (PET/VMPET/PE) are generally not curbside recyclable due to mixed materials. However, we do offer fully recyclable mono-material film upgrades upon request.

How do I seal the pouch after filling?

The pouches feature a built-in resealable zipper for the end-user. For initial packaging, the top section above the zipper must be heat-sealed using a commercial impulse or continuous band sealer to ensure tamper evidence and freshness.
