An impulse heat sealer is recommended to seal the top portion above the zip lock. For optimal airtight integrity, we recommend a seal width of 3mm to 5mm set to a temperature range of 150°C – 170°C, depending on the machine’s dwell time.

Yes. They feature a built-in flat zip lock that allows end-users to easily open and reseal the pouch, maintaining product freshness after the initial heat seal is broken.
