While we strive to meet all delivery expectations, we can not be held responsible for delays or issues beyond our control, such as customs hold-ups or undeliverable addresses. For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional fees,including import duties and taxes.

Carriers
For international orders, we provide shipping via UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Please note that additional non-refundable fees apply, including import, customs, and duty charges, in addition to the shipping cost.
Shipping Cost
The cost of international shipping varies based on the total weight of the product and the destination.

International customers are responsible for all additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges vary based on product price, type, weight, dimensions, origin, and the destination country’s taxes, duties, fees. These costs are non-refundable.
If an international order is held at Customs, delivery will be delayed. Customs will contact you directly. We are not responsible for packages once they reach Customs.
